Once the lever is in low, lift the trigger all the way and pull the stick back to convert to ratchet shifting. Now bang the stick forward as hard as you want for the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts. You can't miss a gear! Includes a standard neutral safety switch. Cable operated and works with most forward pattern 3-speed automatics.
